Assistant Auditor

This is how you are going to make a difference

You will work on audit assignments and contribute ideas to the business and audit processes. Efficiency, fun and innovation are key for us. Throughout the day you will work closely with your team, who will coach you in your development by training on the job.

In addition, you will be immediately assigned to great projects, which means you will work directly for a Dutch audit firm with different clients in various industries. Due to the variety of clients it is a very diverse job. So show us what you’ve got!

  • You set up and organize client files.
  • You perform audit work according to a Dutch audit standards. 
  • You are always alert to the high quality standards during the audit.
  • You carry out audit assignments for the clients of a Dutch audit firm and are therefore regularly in contact with them.
  • You participate activities with the team to improve the quality of operational processes.
  • You are constantly learning and developing.

You are an enthusiastic starter who knows how to get things done. You do not wait but actively start to figure out how things work on your own. You would rather ask one question too many. You like to think outside the box, are not afraid and you’re a real team player.

You will have an introduction to the Dutch culture and onboarding to the audit approach of a Dutch audit firm. Thanks to the intensive personal supervision, you will master this position in no time.

What we expect of you
  • You have a (nearly) completed Accounting, Audit, Finance, Business or similar studies.
  • You are following or about to follow the training for professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
  • You have a passion for our profession.
  • You have 0 – 3 years of experience in the audit practice.
  • Above all, you are eager to work in an ambitious and innovative audit firm.
